Miguel Rivera

Miguel Rivera began his journey in investment real estate at the age of 18. Early in his career, he assisted clients in identifying and acquiring single-family and multifamily properties, helping them build significant wealth. He later transitioned into commercial real estate, working with both large multifamily operators and independent investors to leverage their equity through 1031 exchanges, enabling them to secure higher-performing investments. In March 2024, Miguel returned to the single-family investment space and co-founded Acquire’d.

As CEO and Co Founder, Miguel’s role encompasses managing and mentoring the team, optimizing company operations, and expanding market share. His passion lies in fostering team success and driving the overall growth of the company. By creating valuable investment opportunities and staying adaptable to market demands, Miguel remains committed to delivering results for both the team and investors.

Outside of work, Miguel enjoys playing golf, exploring new travel destinations, and indulging in unique dining experiences. He values spending time with his team beyond the office, whether through vacations or team-building activities, cultivating both personal and professional growth!
